Important note to existing Arovax SmartHide clients:
If you already purchased Arovax SmartHide 1-Month subscription before 07-july-2008 - it will remain active as long as you keep the subscription active. If you would like to upgrade your old subscription to one of the new ones - you will have to cancel the old subscription and then apply to one of the new payment options. In order to cancel your old subscription please visit Share-it! Customer Care Center and contact Share-It! customer service in writing (by e-mail) and briefly explain why you would like to cancel the order. Afterwards, you can sign up to one of the Arovax SmartHide payment plans on this page.
- After you finalize the purchase process with our billing provider Share-it - you will receive two e-mails. The first one is the billing provider Welcome e-mail with important billing information about the order. The second one is an e-mail from Arovax SmartHide containing all your registration details.
- Once you receive your login and password - you can use them either to use Arovax SmartHide software or login to Arovax SmartHide Members Area.
- In the end of your subscription an e-mail from our billing department will be sent to your e-mail provided in the registration form informing you on the results of billing your card for the next subscription period. Your card will be billed every 1, 6 or 12 months depending on the type of subscription you have chosen. The card will be billed AUTOMATICALLY as long as your subscription is not cancelled. So, there is no need to worry about prolonging SmartHide to keep it protecting your privacy.
- In the end of your Prepaid License term an e-mail from SmartHide team will be sent to you informing that your License expired and offering you to prolong it. Your card will NOT BE BILLED AUTOMATICALLY.
- Detailed instructions on how to download and use your copy of Arovax SmartHide will be sent to your e-mail right after the registration process is completed.
- Use SmartHide Support Team at Support Page or at Arovax Community Forum. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
SmartHide Account activation may take from several minutes to a few hours. If you have paid already and your account is not yet Paid, then drop a letter to Support Department.
