How do I place an order?
Online purchasing couldn't be easier. Once you choose the length of your term (1, 2, or 3 years), add the number of user licenses you desire and click the add to cart button. You will be directed to our Shopping Cart where you can confirm your order is accurate and make changes as needed.
On the shopping cart page you may change the quantity by deleting the number and inserting the correct quantity, then hit enter on your keyboard, or click on the little double-arrow icon to refresh.
To complete the order, click the checkout button. If you have bought from us before, you may log in, or if you're a new customer, proceed down the page to the First Time Customer Check out section where you will be prompted to enter your payment information. You may pay by credit card (fastest and easiest), paper check, or wire transfer. Completing your order by credit card will direct you to a download page to retrieve your software immediately. Your license code will be provided on the page to enable the software. You will also receive an email confirmation from worksharecs@digitalriver.com with
your license code and a link to download.
When paying by credit card, please be sure to enter your information exactly
as it appears on your card billing statement.
If you live in Minnesota, California or Washington you will be charged State
tax. If you are in a VAT or other international tax country,
you will be charged tax unless you provide a tax-exempt ID and company name
during checkout.

Should I order Gold Support?
We strongly recommend ordering Gold Support
for new users, and you can save $50 when you add a
1-year Gold support package at the time of purchase (regularly $349 per
seat). For more information, please see the Gold Support tab above.
What if I' m ordering 50 or more licenses?
Gold Support is included with your order of 50 or more licenses. Please do
NOT select any option with Gold Support if you are entering a quantity
above 49.
Can I order a backup CD?
Yes, simply press Order a Backup CD in the Shopping
Cart, and you' ll receive a CD within a few weeks of purchasing.

Important Notes:
● You do not need to purchase this support if you have purchased 50+ seats
of Protect.
● You already receive 30-days Email-only Support and 24x7 Online Knowledgebase
access from the date of purchase; Gold Support is only necessary for customers
who require a higher level of assistance with the ability to directly contact
highly technical support associates.
● This Gold Support contract is in effect for one (1) year and expires
one year from the date the support was purchased. The contract may be renewed
in subsequent years for extended support.
● To purchase this Gold Support you must buy the equivalent number of product
licenses. Customers who attempt to purchase fewer support licenses than product
licenses will have their support contract cancelled and all or partial payments
refunded.
